Prepaid Payments

You can start using a limited number of our SaaS labs for free. For any additional paid labs, you will need to have the necessary account balance. Once you make a payment and have the required balance, you can access any of the software offerings based on the listed prices for the specified duration. Your usage will be deducted from the available balance.

Once your account balance is exhausted, you will be restricted to using only the free software options.

Delivery

Cloudkida is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that provides on-demand access to software lab environments. Users can start the labs whenever they need, as long as they have a sufficient balance in their account. The availability of the labs depends on the resources used within the labs. In rare cases, if a lab fails to start successfully, the user’s account will automatically be credited with the appropriate amount.

Our SaaS software is hosted and maintained on our secure servers. We provide 24/7 technical support to assist you with any issues or questions you may have. Updates and new features are rolled out regularly as part of offering.
